Develop Best Practices at TA Society's First Meetup

We are thrilled to announce we will be hosting the meetup group TA Society, under the Secret HR Society umbrella, for their first meetup on June 24th.

The mission of this meetup group is to, “evolve the Talent Acquisition function by creating a strong member society to test, challenge, and co-create to bring new ideas and practices into our organizations.” This meetup is a great opportunity to meet with other talent acquisition professionals in Berlin and sharpen your skills.

Led by talent acquisition expert Matthias Schmeißer, the overall topic of the event will be, “How Talent Acquisition can become the ‘intelligence’ unit inside every company?” and will feature two presentations followed by group discussions.

Following the presentations, attendees will break-out into small groups to discuss. The goal of the breakout sessions is to create a playbook of best practices inspired by the presentations and insights that emerge during the small group discussions.  This playbook will then be used as a tool for all society members.
