Careers Team

We are happy to join the Product Management Festival in Zurich on November 14th and 15th.

The Product Management Festival is a two-day event bringing together over 1200 Product-focused professionals from all over the world for talks, hands-on workshops, and networking.

On the first day of the festival, Emil Martinsek, our VP Product, will give a talk, “Leadership Beats Expertise”.

Leadership Beats Expertise

Emil summarised the content of his presentation as follows:

The difference between good and stellar in Product Management is not about the hard skills we bring to the table but about how we leverage, direct, and support the people around us in pursuit of an ultimate vision or goal. We will focus on examples and stories of the delicate balancing act a Product Manager must perform and construct a model of leadership toward which we should continuously aim.
