Last Thursday we were lucky enough to hear more about GetYourGuide’s tone of voice from our Senior English Copywriter, Trish.

Her inspiring presentation highlighted how we believe a strong tone of voice let's us engage with people in a distinct and recognizable way - whether it’s our customers, suppliers or even job applicants. And this consistent, reliable way of talking helps people understand, connect with and even like us!

At the end of the day, we are all talking with people, so we should never forget to be human!
