Team mission
Our Talent Acquisition team is the engine behind every great hire at GetYourGuide. We don't just fill roles - we help shape GetYourGuides’ future by finding the people who enable the world to have unforgettable experiences.
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for some of our most critical technical roles. This person will combine deep recruiting expertise with a genuine passion for technology, AI-powered workflows, and operational excellence and will contribute to raising the bar for the entire team along the way.
Please Note: This is a 12 month contract, for Maternity Cover
Your mission
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles - from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.
Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes - no detail is too small.
Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to keep pipeline health in check, surfacing insights and recommendations to hiring teams proactively.
Build and nurture a world-class candidate network through market research, CRM engagement, and genuine relationship management.
Obsess over the candidate experience - gather feedback, analyze survey data, and turn insights into tangible process improvements.
Identify and lead projects that make the TA function smarter and faster - from workflow automation to AI-driven tooling to process redesign.
Mentor and coach fellow team members, share what's working, and train the team on new tools, technologies, and best practices.
Your toolkit
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment, with a strong track record of closing senior technical talent.
A genuine understanding of technical roles - you can talk shop with engineers, data scientists, product managers and more.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to supercharge recruiting workflows whilst maintaining the personal elements (sourcing, screening, outreach, reporting - you've experimented and you have opinions).
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite.
A solutions-first mindset: you see friction and you fix it; you see a manual process and you automate it.
A deep customer-first approach - hiring managers and candidates alike feel the difference.
